Specialty Items may be shipped from a different location, as some of them are done through drop shipping. if you have a problem with Shipping, feel free to reach out, and we will get you squared away.

At Simple Sisters Attic, we want you to love what you ordered! If you have second thoughts about your purchase or if something isn’t right, we would be more than happy to make it right for you! please email us at Simplesistersattic@gmail.com and we will do the best we can to get it right!

*Please note, anything customized cannot be returned, however, if the item is a different Size, has a misspelling or doesn't have the correct info on the item, and it differs from your original text or format, we are happy to make it right and ship it out the next day, or if it will be too late by that point, we will issue a refund. Please note, issued refunds could take up to 7-10 business days.
